Project Knitwell values its partnerships with local yarn shops, including Uniquities Yarn Shop in Vienna, VA and fibre space in Old Town Alexandria.
Both shops now stock copies of our Resource Guide for Young Knitters as well as project kits for customers to purchase and donate to Project Knitwell for use by our new knitters.

Immanuel Presbyterian Church in McLean, VA awards Project Knitwell a grant to develop a brochure, translate materials and expand its services beyond its current hospital focus to other organizations that would benefit from the therapeutic activity of knitting. We are grateful for their support.
